Bug report for TortoiseSVN 1.5.2

Bug report for TortoiseSVN 1.5.2:

I upgraded yesterday to 1.5.2, and Tortoise then failed to connect to my
existing repository. Specifically, it gave me an error message saying
"options of <url>; failed to connect to server <url>". (That's more or less
verbatim - I didn't think to write it down.) I got this error message when
attempting to update and commit, and also in the repo browser. (I could
still successfully browse the repository via Firefox.) I had to uninstall
and reinstall 1.5.0, which is still working correctly. My machine is
running XP SP2.
