Sorry, my fault: I copied the wrong paths to the mail. Of course I used
the "../folder1" paths (otherwise as you correctly noticed it wouldn't
have worked at all).

Question is now, why doesn't it work on your machine but on mine?
I doubt that the paths you mentioned are the paths you actually use.
Maybe that's the reason? Maybe one of those paths have special chars in
them and that's why it's failing?
Or your paths are not all from the same repository? Or added but not yet
committed?
