Explorer and File Select widget crash on right-click

WHen I right-click on a folder or file name in Windows Explorer, I expect to
see a context menu. Instead, I see MS's "Sorry" alert and Explorer closes.
There is a drwtsn log attached, and I have a 34 MB user.dmp.zip if someone
wants it.

The problem started with the Tortoise SVN 1.5.2 release. Installing the
1.5.2.13731 nightly does not fix it. Windows Explorer will crash with a
right-click on folder or file names, but not file times, for example. Right
click in most (or all?) applications' file-open dialogs causes the application
to crash. Dopus (an Explorer replacement) does not have the problem that
Explorer does.

If I uninstall Tortoise, the problem goes away. The problem does not occur
when ver 1.4.8.12137 is re-installed.
