CommitMonitor - <regex> header

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place, but I didn't see any other
contact information.

I wanted to play around with CommitMonitor a bit. I checked it out
and followed (I think) all of the instructions in build.txt, but I
can't find the include file <regex>, which is #included by
HiddenWindow.cpp. I've done a bit of googling, but it's a difficult
term to search on.

Can you let me know where it comes from?
