Problem: change list operations hanging

Change list drag operations in 1.5.2 are not working for me in Vista:

- Attempting to drag an item from one change list to another in either
Commit or Check for Mods hangs indefinitely.

- Attempting to drag an item from Explorer to a change list in either Commit
or Check for Mods hangs indefinitely.

In either case I have to kill TSVN.

Vista Ultimate SP-1 32-bit
TSVN 1.5.2 build 13595 (CollabNet)
SVN 1.5.1 (r32289)
