Help with ignoring? files

Hi, I have a repository that looks roughly like this:
/
/PTE.sln
/PTE.suo
/Loader/
/Loader/[...]
/Loader/obj/[...]
/Loader/bin/[...]

What I want to do is when I commit the repos, any files in the obj and bin
directories will not be commited. I do not want them to be ignored, i want
them to just not be uploaded at all.

Any help?
