Please try a nightly build from:
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.5.x/

this should already be fixed:
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/changelog.html#r13605

If you don't want to use a nightly build, try moving your working copy
to another path.
