Bug - SVN update whilst files locked

From: Philip Meyer <phil_at_hergest.demon.co.uk>

I think I've found a bug.

I often do an SVN update, but occasionally forget to stop some running process that has exclusive locks on the files that SVN update tries to update.

I then get an error dialog to say that I need to do an SVN cleanup to tidy up. However, the .svn files are corrupt and the SVN cleanup doesn't recover the situation, so my only option is to delete the whole folder and start again with a fresh SVN Checkout.
