Bug in TortoisePlink 1.5.2: crash on password cancel

I use Pageant as an authentication agent. In 1.4.x and earlier, when I
tried to connect to an svn+ssh repository before loading my key into
Pageant, I'd get a request for a password from tortoiseplink; I could
then load the key, and hit enter in the password dialog from
tortoiseplink, and things were fine.

In 1.5.0 I didn't get the password prompt -- this is probably the bug
mentioned in the ChangeLog.

In 1.5.2, I get the password prompt repeatedly. Hitting cancel caused
it to crash. (I have DrMingw loaded, but it didn't give any crash info.
I think the address of the crash was 003691f).

If I load my key into pageant first, then try to do something, things
appear to be okay. So this isn't the end of the world, but the 1.4.x
behaviour was preferable.

Even better would be a way to tell tortoiseplink that I use pageant, and
to run it first if a key is needed.
