bug: 1.5.1 cached log messages are merged from different URLs

Hi,

there is a bug in TTSVN 1.5.1 when log messages from different URLs
are cached.

In my case, showing at a log on https://server2/repo2 was _also_
showing logs from another server https://server1/repo1. (I first was
really confused but saw, that the additional, wrong messages were from
our test server...)

The revision number on server 2 was lower than on server 1 (I created
a new repo on server 2)
somehow the log cache merged in the higher revision numbers and logs
of server1
So I had some additional and wrong messages from server1/repo1 while
viewing at the log from server2/repo2

this is a bug. after clearing the log cache of TTSVN everything was
fine again.
