How do I compare 2 files in different folders using the Repobrowser

Before the 2-pane view, I used to be able to navigate to 2 folders,
click on 1 file and then click on the other file to compare the 2.
Now, with the new 2-pane view I can't seem to figure out how to
compare files within different folders (using the Repo Browser).

Any suggestions?
