Overlay icons incorrect

Since updating to 1.5 I only have green tick overlay icons in the folder
pane of Explorer. The overlays worked correctly in the 1.4 versions.
When I updated to 1.5.1 they appeared correctly until I next restarted
my PC then they were just geen ticks again. I did an uninstall, reboot,
install, reboot but this had no effect.

The overlay icons are correct in the pane that shows the files and SVN
Check for Modifications is fine as well.

TSNVCache is running and I have Default set in my Status Cache, changing
this to Shell had no effect AFAICS.

Running Windows XP SP3 32bit with
TortoiseSVN 1.5.1, Build 13563 - 32 Bit , 2008/07/26 09:47:57

As far as I know I have no other shell extensions installed.
