Error message before an command

Hello,

I had some problems to install tsvn version 1.5.1 on my Vista Pro 64
and after few install and reinstall it's finaly working. But I still
have a problem. Before any command (update, commit, ...) I've this
message box:

Program: C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe

An application has made a attempt to load the C runtime library
incorretly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Who can I solve this problem? Reinstall it dosen't solve it.

P.S: By the way with version 1.5.0 and 1.5.1, I can't get any overlay
icons even after a "rebuildiconcache". What options can I change to
see it?
