Vista 64-bit: "open/save file" dialog issue

I use vista 64-bit and turtoiseSVN does not register in the "open/save
file" dialogs.
The issue is annoying when working in visual studio and wanting to
commit changes. On 32-bit versions one simply open the dialog and
right-clicks in the project directory and commit the changes. Since
this is lacking in 64-bit the commit procedure becomes much more
"cumbersome" since one has to use the explorer and find the project
director manually.
