Bug report: Tortoise SVN broken after updating to latest version

Hi. I just updated Tortoise SVN to the latest version
(TortoiseSVN-1.5.1.13563-win32-svn-1.5.1.msi). After restarting, a
windows error message window appeared with the following information:

Window title: zlclient.exe - Unable to Locate Component
Message: This application has failed to start because libapr_tsvn.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Tortoise SVN now no longer works at all. Context menus no longer
appear and icons don't appear for versioned folders and files. I have
tried restarting and this hasn't fixed the problem. I haven't yet
tried un-installing and re-installing Tortoise SVN.

Please can someone confirm whether this is a TortoiseSVN problem? For
some reason I thought that zlclient.exe might be associated with
ZoneAlarm firewall... but that appears to be working just fine. What
should I do next?

I'm running an up to date Windows XP SP 3.

Thanks,

Paul
