"normal" items in "Check for modifications" with "Show unmodified files" unchecked (TortoiseSVN 1.5.1, Build 13563)

Hello,
I have TortoiseSVN 1.5.1, Build 13563 and it shows SOME of the items that
are in status "normal" and "normal (s)" even when the "Show unmodified
files" is unchecked.
(When I check "Show unmodified files" it shows all of them.)

I did not figure out yet what is special about the files in status "normal"
that are shown when "Show unmodified files" is unchecked.

In older versions (pre-1.5) when I was checking and then unchecking "Show
unmodified files", all the "normal" files were disappearing from the dialog,
but now even that does not work anymore.

The same happens to all of the other programmers in my company.

Can anybody help me to figure out why does this happen ?
