TortoiseSVN silently ignores .so files

From: Joerg Schneider <joergschneider_at_gmail.com>

Reproduce:

1. Create a new repository
2. Check out empty repository to any folder
3. Add files with .so as extension (example: Apache webserver)
4. TortoiseSVN->Commit

The .so files do not show up in the file list and are silently
ignored. In the above case, the whole content of the apache/modules
folder is missing!

When you look at the folder with Windows Explorer you can see that the
files have the "Ignored" overlay.
