Copying versioned files with right-drag doesn't work

I've just updated to the latest version of TortoiseSVN (1.5.1) and I'm
using Windows XP SP2.

Whenever I try to right-drag and "SVN copy versioned files here" for a
folder from one location in a working copy to another, I get the
following error message:
'C:\Documents and Settings\Steve\Local Settings\Temp' is not a working
copy. Can't open file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Steve\Local Settings
\Temp\.svn\entries': The system cannot find the path specified.
The working copy is located completely elsewhere, so I've no idea why
it's searching there..

TIA
Steve
