'Add' option missing from context menu when right-clicking inside a versioned folder in 1.5.0

As of TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, when I right-click inside a versioned folder,
the 'Add' menu item is no longer there. It was there in previous
versions.

It still shows up if I right-click an unversioned file or folder
directly, but if I wish to quickly add all or some of the unversioned
files within a folder, there appears to no longer be any
straightforward way of doing this.

This is a pretty significant usability issue for me. If necessary I'm
willing to get TSVN setup to compile on my local machine and build a
patch myself, but a UI change like this seems like something that
would have had a rationale, so I figured it would be worth asking
about this on the users list first. Is there a workaround that I
didn't find that would allow me to add the item back to my context
menu without compiling my own build of TSVN?

Thanks
