FWIW, as of svn 1.5.0, svnserve SASL support supposedly allows NTLM
integration, and I can see saslNTLM.dll in the collabnet binary
release. I haven't had a chance to test this yet (not normally on our
domain so need to create a virtual network), and I don't want to try
this on our production server :)

So you might be able to avoid Apache and still get windows integrated
authentication with svnserve.

Has anyone attempted this? If I get a chance I'll try this in the
next few weeks and send a patch for the tsvn docs if it works.
