Accident with checkout working version.

So for the game project that my indie dev team is working on i went to
extract the working version to a folder on the desktop, only problem
is i didn't actually click on the folder so it went to my desktop
itself. Now dragged the files over to the folder but the icon
overlays remain on all my desktop icons. How do i get rid of them? I
tried uninstalling TortoiseSVN and reinstalling it but afterwards they
were still there. HELP!!!
