Merge dialog shows root url in any case.

When I open merge dialog for any subfolder such as c:\projects
\myproject\src\apps\forum I expect to see something like the
http://myhost/svn/trunk/src/apps/forum as it was in 1.4. but now when
I open 'a range of revisions' merge dialog I see http://myhost/svn/trunk
in the url field. I believe it's quite inconvenient.
