GUI elements' tab order of committing window.

Hi.

In subject window on the top lies "recent messages" button and log
editing element below it.
Having focus on log editing element I press <Shift+Tab> and come upon
"Help" button instead of "recent messages" button. As I understood
"recent messages" button is the second in tab order sequence strictly
after log editing element.

In 1.4.8 there was natural way.

Any comments?
