Pardon me? Are you asking how to edit a log message? Right click on
the revision in the log dialog and select 'Edit log message'. Note
that you need a pre-revprop-change hook in your repository to allow
the change to go into the repository.

Also note that other TSVN clients which use log caching will not see
your change unless they refresh the view.
