I had the same problem once, but it has nothing to do with TSVN at all
(the machine which showed the same problem didn't have TSVN installed on
it).
You can 'solve' the problem by changing the XP theme, then changing it
back again. The problem may come up again later though.
Or you can try recreating the XP icon cache.
