Using a http or socks proxy with svn:// protocol

Hi !

I cannot make TortoiseSVN V1.5 use the proxy settings when using the
svn:// protocol to access a repository.

It looks like TortoiseSVN use the proxy settings only when accessing
the repository with http. Unfortunately the repository I have to
access support only the svn:// protocol.

I would like to be able to use either HTTP proxy or SOCKS proxy with
svn:// protocol.

Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.
