And you don't know how to post to a mailing list either. ;-)

Start with the help (assuming you did install TSVN already) or browse
tortoisesvn.net.

Read the SVN book (svnbook.red-bean.com)

Then come back here if you have specific questions.

P.S.: After installing TSVN and rebooting, take a look at the context
menu in windows Explorer. There will be a TortoiseSVN menu entry...
