BUG: filename with 3rd char underscore prevents pop-up in message window

In version 1.5.0, if I commit a file named "ab_cd.txt" and I enter a commit message that includes the filename, then TSVN does not pop-up an auto-completion list of filenames in the commit message area.

If the filename includes an underscore as the 3rd character, then the pop-up auto-completion list of filenames never appears.

This was not a problem in version 1.4 or earlier.
