Since your working copy seems to be majorly FUBARed I'd do the following:

* Rename/move the root of your working copy and delete all .svn folders
in it - probably zip it up or make a backup some other way first.

* Check out a new working copy of your correct repository where your old
working copy used to be.

* Use WinMerge or some other tool to apply the changes you made in your
ex-working copy to the pristine new one.

* Commit your now corrected working copy.
