I miss the single page merge dialog

Don't get me wrong - I am sincerely grateful to you guys for Tortoise
1.5. Really lovely tool, and I use it all the time, day-in / day-
out.

However, I really miss the single page merge dialog from previous
versions. I always find wizards have way too many clicks for
efficient use. And that goes double when I have an onerous, irksome
task - like merging.

If you bring back the single page merge dialog, I'll bake you guys a
great big chocolate cake that says "THANK YOU!!" in pink icing. And
then I'll eat it in your honor.
