TortoiseSVN 1.5.0 changes creation/modification/last access time/date of files on commit

TortoiseSVN 1.5.0 sets creation/modification/last access time/date of
files on commit to the current time/date.

This is rather annoying since as a consequence my software development
project is rebuilt in MS Visual Studio C++ Express 9 thereafter even
though the committed files haven't been really modified.

I believe that former versions of TortoiseCVS/SVN (some months ago)
didn't show this behaviour.
