[Bug report] Tortoise SVN 1.5 explorer freeze

Hi,

I make several tests on theses configurations :

- 1 Windows XP SP3 Not OK
- 2 Windows XP SP2 Not OK
- 3 Windows XP SP2 OK
- 4 Windows XP SP2 OK

> I just upgrade from 1.4.8.12137 to the last version 1.5.0.13316 and i
have a big problem when i open mycomputer and only for this window my
explorer process freeze during about 20 sec. I have this problem the
machine number 1.

Solution = First i try to uninstall the 1.5 and the install it without
having 1.4.8 installed... but the problem stay....i uninstall the 1.5
version and install the 1.4.8. and now don't have the problem.

For the machine number 2 upgrade from 1.4.8.12137 to 1.5.0.13316 when i
open the mycomputer window explorer freeze and i need to reboot the
process or the computer.

Solution = i uninstall the 1.5 version and install the 1.4.8. and don't
have the problem.

With machine number 3 i upgrade from 1.4.8.12137 to 1.5 without problem,
but on this computer the first tortoiseSVN installed is 1.4.8 on the
number 1 and 2 i have a 1.4.7 version previously installed and upgraded
to 1.4.8.

With machine number 4 i only install 1.5, i don't setup 1.4.8 or
previous install and it work perfectly.
