TortoiseSVN 1.5 shows no overlay icons on Windows 2003

I have been using TortoiseSVN for a couple of years and before that
TortoiseCVS, always updating when a new version is released.

Unfortunately, with the release of TortoiseSVN 1.5, the icon overlays are no
longer displaying on my development PC running Windows 2003. I have had to
revert to 1.4.

1.5 is working fine on my laptop running Vista.

Is there some way to troubleshoot this problem or is it a known issue?
