Feature request: Maintain commit message across failed commits

From: Matt Benic <mattbenic_at_gmail.com>

Hi thanks very much for an awesome tool. I'm really loving the new (more
stable) version :)

I have found that one of the most irritating things using Tortoise is
when I have completed a long, detailed commit message in the Commit
window, clicked 'Ok', and lost the entire message because the commit
failed for some reason. I would love to see an option to maintain the
commit message after failed commits, possibly by storing the message
locally and populating the message field with that message when a new
commit is attempted.

Thanks and Regards,
Matt
