Ok. Here is another stupid question.

Where on earth in the svnadmin tool?

I know it doesn't come with TortoiseSVN or with the CollabNet command
line client. Do I need to install Subversion to be able to access
svnadmin? I thought TortoiseSVN included Subversion.

Sorry for the nag, guys. It seems like it should be obvious as I can't
find _anything_ I can understand online...
