TSVNCache keeps threads if directory is deleted

Hi,

I've installed the TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 13428 - 32 Bit -dev,
2008/07/07 22:41:45 and I've seen in the Windows task manager that the
number of threads are encreased if a directory is deleted (even if not
under version control at all). These threads are never freed. If I
delete a directory with multiple subdirs I end up with around 1000
threads for the TSVNCache process .... (not sure if the amount of
memory is related to this issue).
