Feature request - Get Lock Error message when locking failed

Hi,

here's a suggestion which could help users who have to lock documents
before amending them.

When a user requests a lock and the lock request failed due to someone
else having the lock, the error message only displays the user id who
has the lock. I think it would be helpful in also displaying the Lock
comment as can be seen on the Check for modifications window.

In our environment the users have to put their name in the lock
comment so that anyone else can see who has the lock in the Check for
modifications window, but this results in two actions: 1) attempting
to get the lock and 2) checking who has the lock when the acquiring of
the lock fails.
