Redraw glitch in revision graph window

If you minimize the revision graph window and then restore it part of
the menu bar isn't redrawn so the screen's previous contents shine through.
Wait, scratch that - dragging a window over said area also leaves
garbage behind, so that part of the menu bar isn't drawn at all, period...
(In TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 13404 - 32 Bit -dev, 2008/07/02 21:57:07,
but also in 1.5.0 proper...)
