Feature request: "branch from working copy" option to only include a specific changelist

Subversion 1.5.0 now allows changed files to be grouped into changelists.
This is fantastic! Thank you.
What would be great is if "branch from working copy" could be set to only
include one of these changelists, rather than all changes.

That is:
1. Make some changes to several files
2. Group those changes into change lists via the Commit dialog
3. Right-click on the folder, select TortoiseSVN / Branch/Tag
4. Select the "working copy" radio button
I am proposing that a new drop-down be added to the right of this radio
button that shows "all changes" in addition to each individual changelist.
And that only the changes in that changelist be included in the branch.
