1. Is the uuid of the new repository the same as of the old one?
2. When doing the relocation, did you invoke it on the root of your
working copy?
If you invoked it on some child, then only that child and its subtree
will be relocated.
3. If all this bothers you, you may just perform a checkout from the
new repository
and go on.
