TortoiseSVN crash reporting (feature request)

Short Explanation: It would be useful if TortoiseSVN crash reporting
did not depend on email (SMTP), but, for instance, reported errors via
an http request (i.e. like firefox or windows).

Long Explanation: TortoiseSVN occasionally crashes for a particular
repository. I suspect it has something to do with heavily updated svn-
ignored files, since the repository contains a temp-directory which is
constantly filled with temporary files by one of the programs in the
repository. I do not have email set up on the machine (and use gmail
if required), and don't actually know of an SMTP server on the
network. Setting up a windows-integrated SMTP account is more effort
than installing tortoiseSVN itself, and just for the occasional
TortoiseSVN error it just isn't worth it. I have no objection (in
principle) to submitting a bug report, but the dependency on email
means I usually ignore them anyhow. So, if these error reports are
actually useful to the devs, then being able to submit them without
any configuration would be extremely useful.
