Windows Server 2003 explorer doesn't show the SVN columns

When I select the View -> Choose Details option I do not see the SVN
columns listed, does anyone know how to enable this manually?

I have TortoiseSVN 1.4.8 installed as a client on a Windows 2003 Server
SP2 instance.

No errors were reported during installation. The directory context menu
option TortoiseSVN does show up when I right click on a folder or file.

Regards,
Anthony
