SVN local and LAN

Hallo,

i currently use Tortoise local on a VISTA OS. The situation:
A notebook (VISTA) wich ist not alway´s connected to a server.
Two server in different (geografic) locations where a repro should
located.
If i´am connected to a server i want to commit/update the repro´s.

How do i set up a working infrastructure for this therm ?
