Context menu on desktop has drawing problems after installing version 1.5

Configuration: Windows 2003 Server with SP2 installed.
After I installed TortoiseSVN 1.5 my desktop context menu does not
draw correctly. I tried all 1.4 version and they also cause the same
problem. I think the problem is related with overlay icons drawing
mode. When I turn off OwnerdrawnMenus from the registry context menu
is drawn correctly without the menu icons. Can anyone suggest a better
solution?
