Thanks a lot!

Just two comments:
1. Even if I deactivate the "associate .diff/.patch-files with
tortoiseudiff" they get associated with it.

2. The overlay icon for ignored files/folders looks misleading (it's the
questionmark, the same icon as for unversioned files).
