Authentication cache

Hi,

Right now when Tortoise (1.5.0 rc3) can't authenticate with a cached
username/password it will just fail to login on the repository without
giving the opportunity to enter a new username/password.
The current workaround is to clear the authentication cache in the
settings but this also removes valid cached credentials for other
repositories. It would be useful to show a popup for new credentials
whenever a 403 Forbidden is encountered.

regards,
Thies
