Vista Bugs

I installed the latest RC candidate and i do not have all of my
context menus.
when i right click i only get this:http://se7enalive.googlepages.com/
svnmenu.jpg

The context menu settings have no effect either.

I cannot commit to the svn, i even tried the CLI command and it
crashes as soon as the window is open. Has anyone got this working on
Vista 32bit Sp1. UAC is turned OFF.

I even reverted to an image, installed again, same issues. THe only
way i can add/update files is to open the svn browser, delete the
files, then do an import.
