found a bug

Hi,
I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.4.8, Build 12137 - 32 Bit on windows xp. I
found that when I right click on a folder and select "revert", and the
list of changes in empty, I can still click the OK button. At this
point, if I click on the select/deselect all checkbox, the OK button
becomes unclickable. However, if I click ok, it completes a revert
operation without apparently doing anything.

I think the expected behavior would be for the OK button to not be
clickable in the first place.

thanks,
-Elliott
