Sorry for the delayed response. A special project greatly increased my
work load.
Your suggestion did not have the desired effect.
I already had "Include paths" set to "C:\Projects*" with all of the
"Drive types" deselected.
Per your suggestion, I added "C:\Projects\HugeProject*" to "Exclude paths"
However, it seems "Include" take precedence over "Exclude", so the
huge project got scanned by TSVNCache.
Also, if I correctly understand the documentation, "Exclude" applies
to "Shell" as well as "Default". This is not what I am trying to
accomplish. I wish to limit the huge project to "Shell", while other
projects continue to use "Default"
