Pressing Alt+T in Log Caching Settings closes Settings dialog

I'm using a nightly build, and if I press ALT+T in Settings -> Log
Caching the dialog is closed. I believe the expected behavior is for
input focus to be moved to the "Timeout in seconds before updating the
HEAD revision" textbox.
